LG NBR 2255 Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
NBR 2255 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile to be manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization through the advanced technology and process of LG Chem. NBR 2255 is a non staining, medium mooney, and low acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extrusion and press molding. And also, this grade offers excellent flexibility and elasticityin low temperature by the minimized block structure and low acrylonitrile content on polymer chain. NBR 2255 is preferably uesd for industrial belt, hoses, and many rubber parts such as seal and gasket. And also, it can be used for the industrial roller and low hardness roller of office printer due to good dynamic elasticity.

LG NBR 7030 Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
NBR 7030 is a mechanically fully-fluxed polyblend of 70 parts medium-high acrylonitrile rubber and 30 parts polyvinylchloride resin. Since NBR 7030 is already prefluxed, normal temperature for rubber can be adopted during mixing and subsequent factory operations. NBR 7030 has sufficient stabilizer for normal aging conditions and can be processed with normal mixing procedures. It has higher compound strength, relatively better physical properties and excellent processability for extrusion, providing smooth surface on the resultant products. These properties make NBR 7030 is ideally suited for hose, wire, cable and roll application. And also, NBR 7030 is excellent in resistance to abrasion, ozone, oil, and fuel. It is suggested to use for rolls, shoe soles, belts, hoses, wire or/and cable jackets under normal temperature.

NBR 7150 is a non staining, medium mooney, and medium low acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extrusion and press molding. NBR 7150 offers good balance between oil and fuel resistance and also has good elasticity in low temperature. NBR 7150 is preferably uesd for industrial and automotive hoses and molded rubber part such as gaskets and o-rings. And also, it can be used for foam insulation application due to good elasticity. Furthermore, LG Chem is producing the low and high mooney version of NBR 7150 by order of each customer.
