AXELERON™ CX 0078 NT CPD Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
AXELERON™ CX A-0078 NT ist ein Keimbildner-Masterbatch für die Herstellung mittels Gas eingespritzter Zellisolierungen für den Einsatz bei Hochleistungskoaxialkabeln. Zu den typischen Andanwendungen des Produkts gehören 75-Ohm-CATV-Verteilungs- und Verbindungskoaxialkabel und 50-Ohm-HF-Koaxialkabel mit größerem Durchmesser für die Mobiltelefonie. AXELERON™ CX A-0078 NT enthält 10 % eines Keimbildners mit geringem Glanz in einem HP-LDPE-Grundharz. Das Masterbatch muss mit HDPE- und LDPE-Grundverbindungen ("CPD"), entsprechend AXELERON™ CX 6944 NT CPD HDPE und AXELERON™ CX 1253 NT CPD LDPE , vor der Gaseinspritzung pulverextrudiert werden. Für optimale Schäum- und Zellstruktureigenschaften sollte sich die Konzentration des Keimbildners in einem Bereich von 0,1 bis 0,3 % Masterbatch in der Mischung befinden. Da die Verbindung ausgezeichnete elektrische Eigenschaften aufweist, ist sie speziell für die Produktion schwerwandiger (über 7 mm) Schaumstoffisolierungen geeignet. Es ist insbesondere auf eine erstklassige Verarbeitbarkeit und leichtes Aufschäumen ausgelegt, wobei es ein Schäumvermögen von bis zu 89 % aufweist.

AXELERON™ CX A-0012 NT CPD Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
AXELERON™ CX A-0012 NT ist ein Materbatch für den Einsatz als Keimbildner bei Gasinjektionsanwendungen. Es ist speziell auf eine leichte Integration in DGDA-6944 NT oder DGDB-6944 NT HDPE und DFDA-1253 NT LDPE ausgelegt. Bei korrektem Einsatz ermöglicht es die Formierung kleiner, einheitlich verteilter Zellen. Das Masterbatch ist ein 10%iges Konzentrat aus einem exothermen, chemischen Treibmittel in einem Hochdruck-LDPE-Grundharz. Es sollte bei Konzentrationen von 0,1 bis 0,3 % Keimbildner oder 1 bis 3 % Materbatch eingesetzt werden. Zu den typischen Anwendungsbereichen gehören die CATV-Kabeltypen 59, 6, 7 und 11.
