Brush-On™ 35 Africa & Middle East
Smooth-On's Brush-On™ Series of mold rubbers are extremely versatile and are famous for their abrasion resistance and high tear strength. They have the convenience of a one-to-one mix ratio and are easy to mix and apply with a brush or spatula. Brush-On™ 35, 40, 50 & 60 paint onto vertical surfaces without sagging and will cure with negligible shrinkage to durable rubbers that perform and last in production. Each will capture exact detail from any original model. Brush-On™ 35 is the softest of the series and offers the most flexibility and is used for models with deep undercuts. Brush-On™ 35 & 40 can be inverted and used to make glove molds. Brush-On™ 50 and Brush-On™ 60 possess superior abrasion resistance and tear strength and are ideal for casting concrete and hard plasters in applications where less flexibility is required. These products are compatible. For example, you can apply two coats of Brush-On™ 40 and back it up with two coats of Brush-On™ 50 or 60. All three rubbers are suitable for reproducing sculpture, architectural restoration and production casting of concrete.

Econ™ 60 is an economical and fast curing Shore 60A urethane rubber. It has no odor, features a convenient 1A:1B by volume mix ratio and a low viscosity for easy mixing and pouring. Working time is about 6 minutes and handling time is 4 hours at room temperature. Translucent clear amber color (light passes through) makes Econ™ 60 easy to color with SO Strong™, UVO™ or IGNITE™ colorants. Econ™ 60 is used to make limited run production rubber molds, stamping pads, rubber prototype parts, rubber props and pour-in-place gaskets for industrial equipment. It is also suitable for coating fabrics.
Econ™ 80 Africa & Middle East
Econ™ 80 is an economical Shore 80A urethane rubber suitable for a variety of mold making and industrial applications. It is a lower cost, faster cure alternative to our popular PMC™-780. Physical properties are lower vs. PMC™-780. This is a no odor system that features a 1A:1B mix ratio and a low viscosity for easy mixing and pouring. Working time is about 13 minutes at room temperature, handling time is 6 hours and rubber cures overnight. Econ™ 80 is translucent and easily colored with SO-Strong™ or Ignite™ colorants. Econ™ 80 is used to make short run molds for casting concrete and resins, concrete stamping pads, rubber mechanical parts, coating fabrics, pour-in-place gaskets for industrial equipment and burial vaults. Important; To minimize air bubbles in cured rubber, vacuum degassing is recommended.
EZ-Mix® 40 Africa & Middle East
EZ-MIX® 40 is a brushable polyurethane rubber mold compound that mixes and applies easily. Two liquids (Part A and Part B) are measured and combined in equal amounts by volume (no scale is necessary). After a few minutes of mixing, EZ-MIX® 40 is ready to be applied to a vertical surface with a brush. After a suitable thickness is attained (multiple layers), EZ-MIX® 40 cures overnight with negligible shrinkage to a flexible, durable mold rubber. Following the application of a support shell, a rubber mold made with EZ-MIX® 40 is suitable for casting a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, urethane/epoxy resins, concrete, cement, etc.
EZ-Spray® 45 Africa & Middle East
EZ~Spray® 45 is a polyurethane rubber for spraying through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System. Refer to EZ~Spray® Junior manual prior to spraying this product. EZ~Spray® 45 can be sprayed onto vertical surfaces for making molds or is good for making fast molds of large surface areas. After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ~Spray® 45 cures overnight with negligible shrinkage to a durable mold rubber. Application of a support shell is achieved by spraying Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Plastic over the rubber mold after it has fully cured. EZ~Spray® 45 is suitable for casting a variety of materials including wax, gypsum, urethane or epoxy resins, concrete, etc.
EZ-Spray® FlexFoam Africa & Middle East
EZ~Spray® FlexFoam is a flexible polyurethane foam compound that can be conveniently sprayed using Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Junior System. EZ~Spray® FlexFoam consists of two liquid components in an EZ~Spray® cartridge. When combined in a mixing ratio of one to one by volume, EZ~Spray® FlexFoam quickly cures to a solid, lightweight and durable 7 lb. (approx.) flexible foam, that can be used for a variety of special effects and industrial applications. Refer to Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Junior manual and video before using.
EZ-Spray® Plastic Africa & Middle East
EZ~Spray Plastic® is an improved version of our original sprayable polyurethane plastic compound. With higher impact resistance, this new spray plastic was specifically formulated to be mixed and sprayed via Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Jr. Spray System. EZ~Spray Plastic® is versatile and can be sprayed over a rubber mold to create "mother molds" or support shells. It can also be sprayed or meter mixed into rubber molds as a fast setting casting resin. Cured plastic is lightweight, tough and durable. EZ~Spray Plastic® has a fast gel time for vertical surface application. Material cures in about 3 hours (depending on mass). Refer to the EZ~Spray® Machine Jr. Video Manual before spraying plastic.
Feather Lite™ Resin Africa & Middle East
Feather Lite™ is a heavily filled low-density urethane casting resin. Cured plastic is lightweight (it floats in water!) and has a much lower density than other casting resins. Feather Lite™ features a convenient 1A:1B by volume mix ratio and mixes easily (pre-mixing of parts A & B is necessary). Cured plastic is strong and can be carved, machined, drilled, sanded, etc. Feather Lite™ can be pigmented with SO-Strong™ color tints prior to casting and finished castings can be painted. And because this product is low-density, it yields more plastic per pound/kg. than other casting resins, the cost per casting is low. Feather Lite™ can be used for a variety of art or industrial design related applications including reproducing sculpture, making fishing lures, prototype model making, casting doll heads and figures, etc.
