UNIGARD™ HP DGDD-1430 Natural is a flame-retardant thermoplastic insulation compound developed for communications cable use. It provides a good balance of high flame retardance, excellent electrical and physical properties and good processing capability.

DGDD-1430 Natural is used in a broad range of applications including both thin wall and COAX insulations for National Electric Code Article 725 and 800 applications. With proper cable design and jacketing material selection, DGDD-1430 insulations substantially contribute to passing the IEEE-383/UL-1581 vertical tray, CSA FT-4 vertical tray and UL-1666 riser cable burn tests.
