Hostalen GM9350C BLACK Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
Hostalen GM9350C BLACK is a compounded high molecular weight high density polyethylene. Typical customer applications include fuel tank filler pipes requiring electrical conductivity. It is supplied in pellets and is stabilized with antioxidants for the extrusion process. The product features a very good Enviromental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) and a good chemical resistance. Typical processes include blow molding and injection molding. Hostalen GM9350C BLACK is not intended for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications. The product can not be used for food contact applications.

Hostalen GX 4042 is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin used in blow molding and extrusion application. It is delivered in pellet form and contains antioxidants. Hostalen GX 4042 is not intended for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Hostalen GX5044 Europa
Hostalen GX 5044 is a high density polyethylene with medium molar mass and special narrow molar mass distribution.This grade contains a lubricant. Hostalen GX 5044 is an easy flowing polymer, which shows good processing performance on monofilament production lines. Monofilaments made of Hostalen GX 5044 exhibit excellent tensile properties. Typical customer applications are nets, geotextiles and protective netting in agriculture and building industry. It is used for monofilament applications requiring higher tenacity. This product is not intended for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications.
ICORENE® - Semi Conductives 1761 SC Black 9002 Europa
ICORENE® 1761SC Black 9002 is a special electrically conductive black medium density metallocene polyethylene powder designed for rotational moulding applications. It is suitable for use in applications where permanent semi conductive or antistatic behaviour is required. ICORENE® 1490 BLK 9001 is a black UV stabilised hexene linear medium density polyethylene powder. It has been developed for use as a powder in rotational moulding. This grade is a very fast processing material but also has extremely high levels of ESCR and a very wide processing window for -40C ARM impact strength. Recommended PIAT can be as low as 130C to 150C depending on the position of the thermocouple. It is suitable for use in many different applications due to its high ESCR. But it is especially good for reducing oven cycle time by up to 30%. This is done using low PIATs and can result in significantly lower energy usage heating the oven. This effect is multiplied in thicker wall section. It is easy to process with a low shrinkage tendency. Faster melting can help to distribute the material more evenly across the mould. ICORENE® 1490 BLK 9001 is not intended for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications.
