Ketron® SP HPV / CM HPV PEEK Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
Ketron® CM HPV Polyetheretherketone PEEK shapes are compression molded and carbon fiber reinforced, with graphite and PTFE lubricants. Due to this, this grade has the lowest coefficient of friction and the best machinability of all PEEK materials. Ketron CM HPV PEEK’s combination of low wear and friction and high LPV, make this material an ideal solution for service bearings, bushings, insulators, valves, and seals.
Ketron® Sterra™ CA30 PEEK Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
Ketron Sterra CA30 Polyetheretherketone PEEK is a 30% carbon fiber-reinforced grade that exhibits even higher stiffness, mechanical strength, and creep and wear resistance that Ketron GF30 PEEK. With a significantly reduced thermal expansion, optimum load carrying capabilities, and high thermal conductivity rates, Ketron Sterra CA30 PEEK components are often favored for their ability to extend part life and rapidly dissipate heat in bearing applications. As part of the Sterra product portfolio, this material contains recycled content and exhibits a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to similar materials derived from non-recycled feedstocks. Ketron® TF20 PEEK SP Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
Compared with Ketron® 1000 PEEK SP this PTFE filled PEEK SP grade offers improved frictional properties (considerably reduced coefficient of friction) and higher pressure-velocity capabilities.

Ketron® VMX Food Grade PEEK Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
Ketron VMX Food Grade (FG) PEEK is a EU 10/2011 and compositional FDA 21 CFR § 177.2415 compliant material that offers extreme dimensional stability, high strength and temperature resistance. Ketron VMX PEEK FG shapes can be easily traced by different detection systems installed to detect contamination of the foodstuffs, allowing global food processors to safely avoid costly recalls caused by foreign contamination. Due to their superior resistance to wear and corrosion, Ketron VMX PEEK FG components are favored for applications in the food processing and packaging industry such as pistons, manifolds, valves, and mixing vessels.
