POLIMAXX 277E Asien Pazifik
277E is a Self Extinguishing (SE) Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) grade, contains a flame retardant which conforms to DIN4102-B1 and containing Pentane as blowing agent. This grade is developed to meet the demand for fast expansion rate and short pressure release times in block moldings. It is particularly well suited for the manufacture of self-extinguishing EPS insulation boards, block moulded or produced in continuous molding machines.
POLIMAXX 377E Asien Pazifik
377E is a Self-Extinguishing (SE) Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) grade, contains a flame retardant which conforms to DIN4102-B1 and containing Pentane as blowing agent. This grade is developed to meet the demand for fast expansion rate and short pressure release times in block molding. It is particularly well suited for the manufacture of self-extinguishing EPS insulation boards, block molded machines. This grade is also widely used for the production of packaging products (not food packaging), where SE properties will be advantageous.
REVIVE® EPS 3000 Afrika und Mittlerer Osten
Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 is the new grade of Versalis’ Expandable Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 has been developed for a new era of sustainable packaging: it contains the 35% of secondary raw material and a lower pentane content for lower emissions. Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 has the same performances of packaging standard grades. The narrow bead size distribution leads to good filling of the molds and allows to obtain a very smooth surface. The colour of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material, once expanded the color will be pearl grey. Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 is certified "PSV". Regarding the insulation properties the product has been developed to be in line with the best EPS in our portfolio, the Galileo Europa 5 AE. Styropek® BF products do not contain chlorofluorocarbons and hydrofluorocarbons compounds. Intended uses - Block molding applications, low and mid-range densities, thickness of wall >12 cm, with excellent fusion and regrind addition.
