Purgex™ thoroughly and safely cleans injection molding machines and hot runner systems. All active ingredients in Purgex™ are Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) by the US FDA. Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® PS Air-HE(B) has been developed for a new era of sustainable GPPS: it contains the 60% of secondary raw material. The color and the transparency of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material. (B) version is the dark shade: brown, grey or black depending on the secondary raw material. Applications Versalis Revive® PS Air-HE(B) is recommended for the production of medium thickness insulation panels (XPS sector). Versalis Revive® PS Air-HE(B) is not suitable for food contact applications.

Versalis recommend mixing PS Air F – Series Forever with virgin Edistir® GPPS to reach the target percent of recycled material in the final good. The color, as well as the transparency of Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever may change depending on the secondary raw material. Applications Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever is recommended for Direct-gasing applications and for the production of insulated panels (XPS sector). Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever is not suitable for food contact applications.

Versalis Revive® PS Air-H is the new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® PS Air-H has been developed for a new era of sustainable GPPS: it contains the 75% of secondary raw material.
