InSphere S/NL type 300S/NL, 500S/NL, 800S/NL, 1600S/NL is expandable polystyrene (EPS), with improved insulation properties, the materials have a form of white spherical polystyrene particles that contain a hydrocarbon blowing agent. Their surface is coated to support processing and to prevent electrostatic charge.

APPLICATION
InSphere 300S/NL can be molded on shape molding equipment. It can be used for producing thin wall, high strength contour moldings, with wall thickness <10mm, at high and medium density, for packaging or construction products, with excellent fusion at short molding cycle times or conditioning time. Pre-expanded foam makes them readily mixable with clay, plaster or concrete. The product is approved for direct contact with food.
