Mineral and glass fiber reinforced injection moulding grade is a heat stabilized and weather resistant grade. It has improved UV resistance and sink mark resistance. The combination of mineral and glass fibers result in a high performance, low warp and cost effective engineering thermoplatics. It exhibits high strength, good UV resistance, rigidity and good heat distortion temperatures. It has a relatively high resistance to creep under load. The heat stabilizer system extends its retention of properties at elevated temperatures. It has a good chemical resistance to greases, oils and hydrocarbons. The grade is generally recommended for applications such as rotors, wheels, rims, timing belt covers, automotive cooling fans, shrouds, and all external parts exposed to the environment.

Ultramid 8272G HS BK102 is a 12% glass fiber reinforced, black pigmented, thermally modified, PA6 blow molding compound offering an excellent balance of engineering properties combined with the melt strength ideally suited for blow molding and other applications requiring ultra high melt viscosity. It exhibits improved strength, stiffness and creep resistance compare to standard blow molding grades. Outstanding permeability and chemical resistance to oils, hydrocarbons and most solvents are other advantages along with excellent stiffness ad the ability to fabricate complex shapes for cost effective metal replacements. Applications Ultramid 8272G HS BK102 is designed for blow molding applications requiring improved short term thermal performance as well as extrusions. It is ideal for air ducts, reservoirs and covers.
