DINALEN® 20 Europe
DINALEN® 20 is low density polyethylene containing no additives. It is primarily intended for blow film extrusion while other processing techniques can be used to a lesser extent. DINALEN® 20 exhibits very good draw-down with good balance of stiffness, mechanical and optical properties of extruded film. DINALEN® 20 is extruded at recommended melt temperature range between 175°C and 200°C. Recommended film thickness: 0.050 mm to 0.200 mm.
DINALEN® 30 Europe
DINALEN® 30 is low density polyethylene containing no additives. It is primarily intended for blow film extrusion while other processing techniques can be used to a lesser extent. DINALEN® 30 exhibits very good draw-down with good balance of stiffness, mechanical and optical properties of extruded film. DINALEN® 30 is extruded at recommended melt temperature range between 165°C and 185°C. Recommended film thickness: 0.030 mm to 0.100 mm.
DINALEN® 35 Europe
DINALEN® 35 is low density polyethylene containing additives. It is primarily intended for blow film extrusion while other processing techniques can be used to a lesser extent. DINALEN® 35 exhibits excellent very good draw-down with good balance of stiffness, mechanical and optical properties of extruded film. DINALEN® 35 is extruded at recommended melt temperature range between 165°C and 185°C. Recommended film thickness: 0.030 mm to 0.100 mm.
DINALEN® 50 Europe
DINALEN 50 is low density polyethylene containing no additives. It is primarily intended for blow and cast film extrusion while other processing techniques can be used to a lesser extent. DINALEN 50 exhibits very good draw-down with good balance of stiffness, mechanical and optical properties of extruded film. DINALEN 50 is extruded at recommended melt temperature range between 160°C and 180° C. Recommended film thickness: 0.025 to 0.060 mm. DINALEN® 55 Europe
DINALEN® 55 is low density polyethylene containing slip and anti-blocking additives. It is primarily intended for blow and cast film extrusion while other processing techniques can be used to a lesser extent. DINALEN® 55 exhibits very good draw-down with good balance of stiffness, mechanical and optical properties of extruded film. DINALEN® 55 is extruded at recommended melt temperature range between 160°C and 180°C. Recommended film thickness: 0.25 to 0.05mm. DINALEN® 65 Europe
DINALEN® 65 is low density polyethylene containing slip and anti-blocking additives. It is intended for thin blow film extrusion. Other processing techniques can be used in less extent. DINALEN® 65 exhibits excellent processability, uniform optical and other properties, depending on its application. It is extruded at temperatures ranging from 140°C to 165°C. DINALEN® 65 gives films of desired properties depending on selected processing parameters such as processing temperature and capacity; blowing ratio, and the height of the frost line. Recommended film thickness : 0.020 mm to 0.040 mm.
Dow ENDURANCE™ HFDB-4201 VC Asia Pacific
DOW ENDURANCE™ HFDB-4201 VC is a long-life, unfilled, crosslinkable, low density polyethylene insulation compound designed for distribution and transmission power cable insulation applications. It has a very low level of contamination and bears the designation Very Clean (VC). DOW ENDURANCE™ HFDB-4201 VC has been designed to have a low level of additive bloom for a long storage life, low dusting and an enhanced degree of scorch retardance for long production run lengths during cable manufacture. DOW ENDURANCE™ HFDB-4201 VC is recommended for the insulation of power distribution and transmission cables rated at less than 150 kV with stresses less than 7 kV/mm.
