REON® 57GMR01 Asia-Pacífico
57GMR01 is a low molecular weight suspension type PVC resin suitable for rigid injection moulding and rigid sheet extrusion applications. It is specially recommended for injection moulding of pipe fittings and calendering of opaque sheets. Its combination of low molecular weight with high melt flow makes it suitable for easy processing in injection moulded items. Uniform coarseness of the grains of this resin results in easy bulk handling, minimum requirement of lubricant and more uniform fluxing in the barrel.
REON® 67-11 Asia-Pacífico
67-11 is a medium molecular weight suspension type PVC resin suitable for manufacturing plasticised extruded as well as moulded products. It is specially recommended for insulation / sheathing of wires and cables, calendering, flexible films, other flexible extruded products, injection moulding, etc. The low RVCM level in the resin makes it ideal for medical and food contact applications. Its combination of medium molecular weight with high porosity leads to low powder mix time with good plasticiser absorption, resulting in easy processability. 67-11 is therefore suitable for processing of flexible products with good mechanical properties and high output rate.

67BER01 is a medium molecular weight suspension type PVC resin suitable for rigid extrusion products. It is specially recommended for rigid pipes & conduits, rigid profiles, rigid sheets, unplasticised tubular film, etc. Its combination of medium molecular weight with high apparent bulk density makes it suitable for easy processing at high output rate, still maintaining the high mechanical properties. Its balanced heat loss property does not allow static to develop and reduces the flow time. At the same time the resin contains minimum volatiles. The narrow range of porosity of 67BER01 makes it easy to maintain a uniform fusion point at constant lubricant level. Uniform coarseness of the grains of this resin results in easy bulk handling, minimum requirement of lubricant and more uniform fluxing in the extruder.

Its combination of medium molecular weight with good porosity and low fish eyes makes it suitable for good plasticiser absorption and clarity. Uniform coarseness of the grains of this resin results in easy bulk handling, minimum requirement of lubricant and more uniform fluxing in the extruder.

VESTOLIT G 120X400 is medium molecular weight resin providing a good balance of fusion temperatures and film physical properties. It gives good chemical foamability for producing medium to high density foams. It contains lower emulsifier level results in lower plate-out without the loss of foamability as compared to standard VESTOLIT G 120A resin. VESTOLIT G 120X400 is recommended for medium to high density foam or solid applications where good fused film physical properties are required such as stand coating, resilient flooring foam layer, artificial leather and suede type fabrics.

VESTOLIT G 121A is high molecular weight resin providing good fused film physical properties. It provides good chemical foamability for producing medium to high density foams. It gives good dispersability for easier plastisol preparation.
