Vinnolit® E 68 CF Europa
Vinnolit E 68 CF is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer that is readily converted into low-viscosity plastisols with a good shelf life. Vinnolit E 68 CF pastes with medium plasticizer content show nearly newtonian flow over the entire shear range. Vinnolit E 68 CF exhibits outstanding foaming characteristics that are remarkably kicker-independent across a wide range of plasticizer levels to produce semi-rigid as well as flexible products. Apart from compact coatings, its major application is to produce chemically blown foams having a particularly fine cell structure.
Vinnolit® E 68 FO Europa
Vinnolit E 68 FO is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer that is readily converted into low-viscosity plastisols with a good shelf life. Vinnolit E 68 FO pastes with medium plasticizer content show nearly newtonian flow over the entire shear range. Vinnolit E 68 FO shows very good foaming properties. E 68 FO was specially developed to meet the requirements of inhibition foam as well as back side foam for flooring applications. E 68 FO combines fast foaming with a very fine cell structure and allows to use just one grade for two function layers. Nevertheless E 68 FO contains only a small amounts of emulsifier and thus has in general a sulfate ash content of below 0,25 % (GOST 15973-82 B).
Vinnolit® E 68 SA Europa
Vinnolit E 68 SA is a fine-particle paste-making emulsion homopolymer, classified as a low to medium viscosity resin. Plastisols made with Vinnolit E 68 SA exhibit a nearly newtonian rheology. Vinnolit E 68 SA is recommended for the production of chemically blown foams. Typical applications are for example artificial leather cloth, floorings, unsupported foams and foamed wall-coverings.
Vinnolit® E 69 ST Europa
Vinnolit E 69 ST is a very fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer, giving medium viscosity plastisols with a good shelf life. Plastisols made with Vinnolit E 69 ST have a slightly pseudoplastic rheology. Vinnolit E 69 ST exhibits excellent foaming characteristics in chemically blown foams. Due to its outstanding low coarse particle content and white colour it is recommended for foamed wall coverings made by rotary screen printing or hot embossing.
Vinnolit® E 69 VS Europa
Vinnolit E 69 VS is a very fine particle paste making emulsion homopolymer with a medium emulsifier content. Plastisols exhibiting a very high initial viscosity, a high yield point and a strong pseudoplastic flow behaviour with medium plasticiser contents. Vinnolit E 69 VS shows excellent foaming properties (white, high foams, closed cell structure) in chemically blown foams specially for artificial leather constructions. In compact applications the material is perfectly useful for printing inks and for rheology modifycation (e.g. in underbody coatings or textile coatings).
Vinnolit® E 70 CQ Europa
Vinnolit E 70 CQ is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer giving very high-viscosity plastisols with a good shelf life. The lower plasticizer limit for pastes made from Vinnolit E 70 CQ is approx. 80 parts DINP based on 100 parts PVC. All pastes above this limit show a highly pseudoplastic rheology. Accordingly, Vinnolit E 70 CQ - apart from its main application of fabric base coating - is used as a blend component to raise the yield point or to reduce the dilatancy of pastes. This applies for instance when laminating fabrics directly into wet foam coats, in automotive underbody sealants or to prevent the formation of blobs during spread coating.
Vinnolit® E 70 TT Europa
Vinnolit E 70 TT is a fine particle homopolymeric emulsion grade, designed for paste applications. It can be easily converted into a plastisol with very low viscosity (over broad shear range), strictly newtonian flow behaviour and excellent shelf life with medium plastiziser contents it exhibits no yield point or flow anomalies. Due to its general flow characteristics, the low paste viscosity level, the very neutral colour apperance and the excellent low water absorption, Vinnolit E 70 TT is perfectly useful for textile coatings (waterproofs, sunsails, tarpaulins, conveyor belts etc.), artificial leather and flooring top coats as well as for rotational moulding and dip coating processes.
Vinnolit® E 74 CC Europa
Vinnolit E 74 CC is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer giving plastisols with a medium viscosity and good shelf life. Pastes with a medium plasticizer content are pseudoplastic over the entire shear range. Vinnolit E 74 CC is a special grade suitable for automotive applications such as foam and top coats in vacuum-thermoformed artifical leather with good emboss retention.
Vinnolit® E 75 SK Europa
Vinnolit E 75 SK is a fine-particle sized, paste making emulsion homopolymer, classified as a low to medium viscosity resin. Plastisols made with Vinnolit E 75 SK exhibit a slightly pseudoplastic rheology. Vinnolit E 75 SK is particularly suitable for the production of compact films and chemically blown foams. Typical application is artifical leather, especially for thermoformed surfaces in the automotive applications.
Vinnolit® E 80 TT Europa
Vinnolit E 80 TT is an emulsion type paste-making homopolymer having a fine particle size. It is giving low viscosity plastisols with an excellent viscosity stability. At medium plasticizer concentrations, pastes exhibit an almost newtonian rheology across a wide shear range. Vinnolit E 80 TT is recommended for the production of transparent top coats for CV-flooring, as well as for filled and unfilled rigid to semi-rigid topcoats.
Vinnolit® EP 6953 Europa
Vinnolit EP 6953 is a medium molecular weight emulsion type PVC homopolymer with a low-medium emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting low viscosity at low and high shear rates with slightly pseudoplastic flow properties with low plasticizer levels (40-60 phr).This grade can be used in blends to generally decrease low shear viscosity and reduce dilatancy. It gives good thermal stability with a wide range of stabilizers types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended.
Vinnolit® EP 7060 Europa
Vinnolit EP 7060 is a medium molecular weight emulsion type PVC homopolymer with a medium-high emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting medium viscosity and yield value at low shear rates with pronounced pseudoplastic flow properties at high shear rates with medium-high plasticizer levels (70-100 phr).This grade can be used in blends to generally increase low shear viscosity and reduce dilatancy. It gives good thermal stability with a wide range of stabiliser types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended.
Vinnolit® EP 7091 Europa
Vinnolit EP 7091 is a medium molecular weight emulsion type PVC homopolymer with a medium-high emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting high viscosity and high yield value at low shear rates with pronounced pseudoplastic flow properties at high shear rates with medium-high plasticizer levels (70-100 phr).This grade can be used in blends to generally increase low shear viscosity and reduce dilatancy. It gives good thermal stability with a wide range of stabiliser types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended.
Vinnolit® EP 7555 Europa
Vinnolit EP 7555 is a high molecular weight emulsion type PVC homopolymer with a low-medium emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting very low viscosity at low and high shear rates with essentially Newtonian flow properties with low plasticizer levels (40-60 phr). This grade can be used in blends to generally decrease low shear viscosity and reduce dilatancy. It gives good thermal stability with a wide range of stabiliser types especially organotin types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended.
Vinnolit® EXT Europa
Vinnolit EXT is a new generation of homopolymeric extender resin. By the use of new suspension polymerisation technique the polymer grains have an outstanding even surface and a narrow particle size distribution. Because of this property the grain absorbs much less plasticizer than a standard extender resin. So Vinnolit EXT reduces the viscosity of plastisols much more than usual extender. Depending on the recipe Vinnolit EXT reduces the paste viscosity up to 30 %. Furthermore Vinnolit EXT reduces dilatancy and also increases the shelf life of the plastisol.
Vinnolit® MP 6852 Europa
Vinnolit MP 6852 is a fine particle size, low/medium molecular weight PVC homopolymer with a low/medium emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting low viscosity at both low and high shear rates with essentially Newtonian flow characterisitics with low plasticiser levels (40-60 phr). Vinnolit MP 6852 has been developed for low plasticiser/high filler level spread coatings, especially chemically blown foam coats for cushioned vinyl flooring, wallcoverings and synthetic leather, where a fine cell structure is required. It exhibits generally excellent gelation/fusion rates and gives good thermal/light stability with a wide range of stabilisers. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended.
Vinnolit® MP 7151 Europa
Vinnolit MP 7151 is a fine grained PVC homopolymer with a medium emulsifier content. It yields plastisols exhibiting a very low viscosity at low/high shear rates and a Newtonian flow characteristic even at low plasticiser contents (40-60 phr). Plastisols with Vinnolit MP 7151 show a very low viscos, homogenous flow behaviour and very high filler tolerance, which makes it perfectly useful for higher speed coating process, e.g. in flooring base coatings, rotary screen printing applications as well as for textile base coats. Additionally a very good potlife characteristic and good thermostability bringing added value in that fields of application.
Vinnolit® MP 8058 Europa
Vinnolit MP 8058 is a high molecular weight PVC homopolymer with a low emulsifier content. It produces plastisols exhibiting very low viscosity at low and high shear rates with slightly pseudo-plastic flow properties with low plasticizer levels (40-60 phr). It has been particularly developed for low plasticizer content compact spread coatings and mouldings requiring improved mechanical properties. It gives good thermal/light stability with a wide range of stabilizers especially organo-tin types. The use of high speed type mixers is recommended.
Vinnolit® P 3468 Europa
Vinnolit P 3468 is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer giving low-viscosity plastisols. Pastes with a medium plasticizer content show almost Newtonian flow properties. Vinnolit P 3468 is suitable for chemically blown foams with a low plasticizer content. The main application areas are relatively rigid foams for flooring and leathercloth, as well as sealing compounds for closures in non food applications.
Vinnolit® P 4472 Europa
Vinnolit P 4472 is a fine-particle emulsion homopolymer for making PVC pastes. Plastisols based on Vinnolit P 4472 are distinguished by a low initial viscosity and almost newtonian flow properties. Principal applications are pastes for compact vinyl wallcoverings, flooring and leathercloth, as well as for coating of woven and non-woven fabrics and of glass strands.
Vinnolit® P 5078 Europa
Vinnolit P 5078 is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion homopolymer giving medium-viscosity plastisols. Vinnolit P 5078 pastes with a medium plasticizer content are nearly newtonian over the entire shear range. The main application areas of Vinnolit P5078 are PVC pastes for compact coatings in the production of flooring, leathercloth, compact vinyl wall coverings and technical coatings for tarpaulins, etc.
Vinnolit® P 70 F Europa
Vinnolit P 70 F is an extremely fine-particle, homopolymer for special plastisols and organosol processing (laquers). Used in combination with solvents or plasticizers and the common additives, organosols or plastisols (see diagram) having low viscosities and good shelf lifes. Coatings made of Vinnolit P 70 F exhibit minimal water absorption, no haze on exposure to water, highest clarity, high gloss and very good electrical and dielectric characteristics. Due to the extreme particle fineness, Vinnolit P 70 F is recommended for very thin coatings, e.g. can and coil coatings.
Vinnolit® P 70 HT Europa
Vinnolit P 70 HT is a fine grained microsuspension homopolymer, designed for paste-applications. It can be easily converted into a plastisol with low viscosity, moderate pseudo-plastic flow characteristic and excellent shelf-life. The plastisols made of Vinnolit P 70 HT with a medium plasticizer content exhibit a moderate pseudoplastic rheology with slight dilatancy at high shear rates. The dilatancy can be reduced/eliminated by blending with extender resins, such as Vinnolit C 65 V or Vinnolit C 66 W or with specially emulsion grades. Vinnolit P 70 HT shows excellent low water absorption characteristics and has outstanding weathering properties combined with a very high thermostability. With this dominant properties it is perfectly useful for outdoor applications, like signs, tarpaulins, awnings, bill- boards, roofing sheets, textile constructions and coil coatings. The product additionally shows an excellent transparency and very low plate out properties, which makes it profoundly suitable for clear-transparent top coats as well as for printed surfaces (advertising).
Vinnolit® P 70 PS Europa
Vinnolit P 70 PS is a fine grained homopolymer for plastisol processing giving medium-viscosity plastisols with an excellent shelf life. Pastes made with Vinnolit P 70 PS show a moderate pseudoplastic rheology at low shear rates and a moderate dilatant flow behaviour at higher shear rates, which becomes more pronounced at low plasticizer level. This dilatant behaviour can easily be reduced by blending with Extender grades, like Vinnolit C 65 V or C 66 W (see diagram) or by blending with special emulsion grades. Due to its very low emulsifier content the product shows a very low moisture absorption making it ideally suited for outdoor applications. Thin plastisols of Vinnolit P 70 PS in combination with special Emulsion resins show excellent properties for dip coating (Foulard) of e.g. textile substrates.
Vinnolit® P 70 Europa
Vinnolit P 70 is a fine grained homopolymer for plastisol processing giving low-viscosity plastisols with an excellent shelf life. Vinnolit P 70 pastes with a medium plasticizer content show a Newtonian rheology at low shear rates (Brookfield) and moderate dilatant rheology at high shear rates. The dilatancy can readily be reduced or even eliminated by blending with extender resins such as Vinnolit C 65 V (see diagram) or Vinnolit C 66 W or special emulsion grades. Vinnolit P 70 has outstanding water resistance and high thermostability/weatherability and is thus ideally suited for long term outdoor applications, e.g., textile constructions, roofing sheets, tar-paulins, awnings, coil coating, decorative films and, owing to its high transparency, for trans-parent top coats.
Vinnolit® P 80 Europa
Vinnolit P 80 is a fine grained homopolymer for plastisol processing giving low-viscosity plastisols with an excellent shelf life. Vinnolit P 80 pastes with a medium plasticizer content show Newtonian rheology at low shear rates (Brookfield) and dilatant behaviour at high shear rates. The dilatancy can readily be reduced or even eliminated by blending with extender resins such as Vinnolit C 65 V or Vinnolit C 66 W (see adjacent diagram) or with specialty emulsion grades. Due to the very low emulsifier content this product shows very low moisture absorption and shows an excellent thermostability with high-gloss-film-finish. The main application areas are transparent top coats, special dip coating processes and for cover seals/gaskets.
Vinnolit® PA 5470/5 Europa
Vinnolit PA 5470/5 is a fine-particle, paste-making emulsion copolymer of vinyl chloride and 3 % vinyl acetate giving medium-viscosity plastisols with slightly pseudo-plastic flow properties. Due to its vinyl acetate content, Vinnolit PA 5470/5 can be processed at lower gelling temperatures than homopolymers.
Vinnolit® SA 1062/7 Europa
Vinnolit 1062/7 is a copolymeric extender resin which has been specially developed for paste making. In blends with paste-making PVC resins, it combines the good viscosity-reducing properties of the homopolymer paste extender resins with the lower gelling temperatures typical of vinyl acetate copolymers.
