As with all other BMC, Inc. compounds, CoreLyn can be supplied in logs, slugs or bulk. Typical applications are microwave dishware and serving trays.
BMC 1454 Norteamérica
BMC 1454 is a special low-cost material developed specifically for injection molding circuit breakers. It has considerable flame, arc and track resistance. BMC 1454 is a medium strength material with excellent flexural strength necessary to meet the arc interruption test required for circuit breakers. UL® recognized. This material was formerly known as Glastic® 1454.
BMC 200 Norteamérica
BMC 200 is a high strength, low shrink molding compound. It can be supplied in bulk or extruded in pre-weighted slugs. Typical applications are circuit breakers, insulators, bobbins, electrical connectors and power tool housings.

BMC 3001H Norteamérica
BMC 3001H molding compound is a mineral filled, glass-fiber reinforced alkyd compound suitable for compression and transfer molding. Because of its soft flow, it is also used extensively in cold spur molding. This is a general-purpose material with good creep resistance and electrical properties. Typical applications include brush holders, voltage regulator housings and relay bases. BMC 3001H molding compound is produced in extruded form in a range of industrial colors. It is available in logs up to 12 inches in length or as precut slugs, of specific weight, in diameters from ¾ " to 2 7/8 ". Within this range smaller diameters are supplied as multiple extrusions and weight tolerances are plus or minus 5% up to a maximum of of plus 15 grams.
BMC 304 Norteamérica
BMC 304 is a low profile, automotive grade molding compound that is suitable for injection, compression or transfer molding operations. BMC 304 can be coated using traditional or electrostatic coating systems and demonstrates excellent adhesion characteristics. BMC 304 can be supplied in logs, slugs or bulk form. Typical applications include automotive headlamp and foglamp reflectors, and automotive body panels.

BMC 404 is a general purpose, mineral ?lled, glass ?ber-reinforced polyester compound suitable for compression, transfer and stuffer injection molding. It is of medium strength and meets Ford Speci?cation ESF-M3D121-A. This material has excellent electrical properties. As with all other BMCI compounds, this series can be supplied in logs, slugs or bulk. Typical applications are bobbins, electrical connectors, circuit breakers and as phenolic replacement.
