Applications: OREVAC® 18302N has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or most ethylene copolymers and many kinds of different materials among which polyamides and EVOH. OREVAC® 18302N is also recommended in non-halogen flame retardant cable compounds using high loadings of mineral fillers which require outstanding mechanical properties - high tensile strength at break and good elongation and good chemical resistance.

OREVAC® 18334 is recommended for blow moulding or tube coextrusion. OREVAC® 18334 can be used as the adhesive for three layers pipe coating.

OREVAC® 18341 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyolefin. Applications OREVAC® 18341 has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and mineral fillers such as aluminum trihydrate (ATH) or magnesium hydroxide (MDH). It is an effective coupling agent for halogen-free flame retardant compounds using high loadings of mineral fillers, such as compounds for insulation and sheathing of wires and cables. OREVAC® 18341 can also be used as a tie layer in pipe-coating technology for multi-layer structures. It has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength onto FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) steel pipe protective layer. In packaging market, OREVAC® 18341 develops a reliable bonding strength in coextrusion processes between polyethylene and different materials (PA, EVOH …). Containing a higher amount of grafted reactive functionalities compared to standard LLDPE based coextrusion tie resins, it can be used blended with other polyolefins.

Applications OREVAC® OE825 has been designed to develop a reliable bonding strength in coextrusion processes between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and different materials among which polyamides and EVOH. Containing a higher amount of grafted reactive functionalities compared to standard LLDPE based coextrusion tie resins. OREVAC® OE825 can be used pure or blended with other polyolefins. It can be processed within different coextrusion technologies including cast film, blown film, sheet calandering, blow molding or tube extrusion.

- LL5225 is an butene copolymer injection molding resin. It has excellent processability, cold temperature impact resistance and ESCR properties. It has outstanding flexibility and warpage resistance, good organoleptic properties and natural color as well as high surface gloss. - Applications for LL5225 include thin wall lids for frozen food packaging (ice cream containers and whipped dairy), caps and closures, tamper evident, and dairy applications. It is also good for compounding applications. - LL5225 has processing antioxidant. - Osterlene LL5225 meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, 21 CFR Section 177.1520 (c) 3.1a.
