It is available in pellet form and designed for use in 3-layer pipe coating systems in conjunction with an epoxy primer and a thick polyethylene top-coat. LE149V has high physical properties originated from LLDPE and shows excellent processability during 3-layer pipe coating operation. Together with ET509B (Black compounded top coat) and commercially available epoxy primer, LE149V shows highly adjusted pipe coating system available for all pipe coating specification including DIN30670, CSA Z425.21-02, NFA 49-710.

LE320V is anhydride grafted polyethylene. It is useful in pellet form for use conventional extrusion and co-extrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene resins. Usually this materials is used in multi-layered barrier film, tube and sheet production. LE320V is developed for ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) or polyamide (Nylon) based barrier film. LE320V is suitable for multi-layer blown film. Based on LLDPE, this adhesive is used for the tie layer between PE and barrier materials.

PRE-ELEC® PE 17840 is a conductive thermoplastic polyolefin concentrate based on LLDPE. Conductivity is achieved by using a special conductive carbon black. It contains a high concentration of carbon black and has been developed to be used as a masterbatch. Dilution rate of 65% can be achieved depending on the required conductivity level. The actual amount should always be tested as it also depends on the processing parameters.
