Typical applications for SABIC® LLDPE 6135NE are stand-up pouches, lamination films, surface protection film, MDO film and other applications requiring a balance between high impact strength, tear resistance and stiffness. SABIC® LLDPE 6318BE is a hexene linear low density polyethylene resin for cast film applications. The product is typically formulated for optimum thermal stability at high temperatures used in cast film extrusion. Films produced from this grade exhibit good optical properties, toughness, puncture resistance and tear strength. Application SABIC® LLDPE 6318BE resin is typically used for pallet stretch wrap (pre-stretch), high performance draw down films and other mono layer and coextruded film applications where high strength is required. The grade is also suggested for blending with ethylene/butene copolymer LLDPE and LDPE for improving strength. Film properties Properties are determined on 20 µm cast stretch film produced on a 2 m commercial cast stretch line: melt temperature 270 °C, chill roll temperature 20 °C and line speed 450 m/min. Processing conditions SABIC® LLDPE 6318BE is extrudable with conventional cast film extrusion equipment. Temperatures 250- 300°C. 6318BJ resin is a hexene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene TNPP free grade designed to provide easy processability and specially formulated for optimum thermal stability at high processing temperatures used during production of Cast films. Films produced using this resin gives excellent optical properties, toughness, puncture resistance and tear strength.

SABIC® LLDPE 6335BE is a hexene linear low density polyethylene resin for cast film applications. The product is typically formulated for optimum thermal stability at high temperatures used in cast film extrusion. Cast films produced from SABIC® LLDPE 6335BE exhibit excellent optical properties, toughness, puncture resistance, tear strength and stiffness. Application SABIC® LLDPE 6335BE resin is recommended for use in non cling layers in pallet stretch wrap (pre-stretch), high performance draw down films and other mono layer and coextruded film applications where high strength is required. Film properties Properties are determined on 20 µm cast stretch film produced on a 2 m commercial cast stretch film line: melt temperature 270 °C, chill roll temperature 20 °C and line speed 450 m/min. 6821NJ is a fractional melt index hexene copolymer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene TNPP free grade suitable for high strength packaging applications. SABIC® LLDPE 726NE is a butene linear low density polyethylene resin. This grade gives blown films a relatively high stiffness for good machinability and a good overall balance of other performance properties, such as puncture resistance, impact strength and heat sealability. Application Typical applications for SABIC® LLDPE 726NE are shipping sacks, produce bags, can liners and carrier bags. PO COMPOUND SABIC® P1600A shows superior abrasion resistance, excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, easy processing ability, and good compatibility with HDPE pipes. R40039E is a linear low density polyethylene grade with elevated density and higher viscosity designed to provide excellent mechanical properties with high rigidity, toughness, good impact strength, low warpage as well as excellent internal and external surface finish. R50035 is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene grade with balanced density and viscosity designed to provide excellent stress cracking resistance, good mechanical properties with high rigidity, toughness, and low warpage. R50035 is a non-UV stabilized grade in pellet form

R50035E is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene grade with balanced density and viscosity designed to provide excellent stress cracking resistance, good mechanical properties with high rigidity, toughness, and low warpage. R50035E is an antioxidant and UV stabilized grade in pellet form.

SABIC® LLDPE R50035EE is a LLDPE copolymer that provides good stress crack resistance, rigidity, toughness, gloss and very low warpage. The resin contains UV stabilizer.
