OKITEN® 222 A is low density polyethylene, without slip agent, intended for extrusion of haevy duty blown film. OKITEN® 222 A is characterized by excellent processing properties and thermal stability. Extruded film has very good balance of stiffness, mechanical and optical properties.

OKITEN® 233 A is low density polyethylene, without slip agent, intended for extrusion of general purpose blown film. OKITEN® 233 A is characterized by excellent processing properties and thermal stability. Extruded film has good mechanical properties.

OKITEN® 245 A is low density polyethylene, without slip agent, intended for extrusion of general purpose blown film of high transparency and gloss. OKITEN® 245 A is characterized by excellent processing properties and thermal stability. Extruded film has good mechanical properties. OKITEN® 245 A is extruded in temperature range from145°C to 170°C. Recommended film thickness: 0.025 mm to 0.060 mm.

OKITEN® 245 S is low density polyethylene intended for extrusion of thin blown film having high slip properties. OKITEN® 245 S is characterized by excellent processability and thermal stability; the extruded film exhibits high transparency and very good mechanical properties. OKITEN® 245 S. is extruded in temperature range of 145°C to 170°C. Recommended film thickness: 0.025 mm to 0.060mm.

OREVAC® IM300 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene available in pellet form. Applications OREVAC® IM300 has been designed to be used as a high impact modifier for a large range of engineering polymers such as polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12 etc.). Due to its properties (softness, reactivity), OREVAC ® IM300 is especially suitable when a compound with excellent processability, especially in injection, is required.

OREVAC® IM800 is a maleic anhydride modified linear low-density polyethylene available in pellet form. OREVAC® IM800 has been designed to be used as a high impact modifier for a large range of engineering polymers such as polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12 etc.). Due to its properties (softness, reactivity), OREVAC® IM800 is especially suitable when high performances at very low temperatures (-40°C) are required.

- LD025 is designed for heavy duty film applications. Superior puncture resistance combined with excellent impact properties make this resin an ideal choice for bags used to package chemicals, agricultural and construction materials. - LD025 has been designed for excellent processability, bubble stability and good heat sealing over a wide range of extrusion conditions. This resin is also well suited for shrink film applications.

- LD02520 is designed for heavy duty film applications. Superior puncture resistance combined with excellent impact properties make this resin an ideal choice for bags used to package fertilizer, peat moss, decorative stone and agricultural and construction materials. - LD02520 has been designed for excellent processability, bubble stability and good heat sealing over a wide range of extrusion conditions. Optimum properties are found at melt temperatures of 330°-430°F (165°-221°C) and blow-up ratios between 1.8:1 and 2.5:1. Drawdown to 1.5 mil (38.1 microns) is possible at commercial rates when proper extrusion techniques are used. Specific recommendations can be made only when the end use applications, required properties and processing equipment are known. - LD070 is designed for heavy duty film applications. - LD07520 is designed for a wide variety of industrial film applications where high impac t strength and excellent drawdown are needed. LD07520 exhibits uniformity, ease of processing and good tensile strength. - Generally recommended extrusion conditions include a melt temperature range of 310°-350°F (155°-177°C) and a blow-up ratio range of 1.8-2.5:1. Drawdown to gauges below 1.0 mils (<25 microns) is possible at commercial rates when proper techniques are used.
