Cereplast Compostables® resins are renewable, ecologically sound substitutes for petroleum-based plastic product, replacing nearly 100% of the petroleum-based additives used in traditional plastics. Cereplast Compostables® resins are using polymer and additives derived from starch and other renewable resources chemistry. These components are carefully blended together on state-of-the-art compounding equipments. All Cereplast Compostables® resins, including Compostable 7003A, are certified as biodegradable and compostable in the United States and Europe, meeting BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute www.bpiworld.com) standards for compostability (ASTM6400D99, ASTM6868) and European Bioplastics Standards (EN13432). Compostable 7003A has been designed to have an excellent balance of strength, toughness and processability. Compostable 7003A can be processed on existing sheet extrusion machines. ErcrosBio® LD 600 欧州
ErcrosBio ® LD 600 is a PLA (polylactic acid)-based thermoplastic obtained from renewable natural materials. The content of material of biological origin is over 99%. It is suitable for the production of food packaging in accordance with the criteria of Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 1 . It is compostable in accordance with the criteria of standard EN 13432 1 . CHARACTERISTICS: ErcrosBio ® LD 600 is a highly transparent material obtained through D-isomer polymerisation of lactic acid. The L-isomer content is less than 1%. RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: ErcrosBio ® LD 600 is a material designed to be used as an additive in combination with ErcrosBio LL grades at a proportion of 1%-5% to improve the crystallisation speed and decrease injection cycle times. In applications requiring a greater flexibility and elongation at break of the material, amounts exceeding 5% of ErcrosBio ® LD 600 will have to be added.
