Task™ 15 アジア太平洋地域
TASK™ 15 is a premium performance urethane resin that has very high impact strength, even when cast in thin-wall sections. Pot life is 6 minutes and handling time 60 minutes at room temperature. Resin cures with negligible shrinkage. Vibrant colors are possible by adding small amounts of SO-Strong™ tint, UVO pigments or IGNITE™ fluorescent colors. Plastic fully cures with negligible shrinkage and can be machined, sanded and/or painted. TASK™ 15 features a gradual cure profile, making it ideal for rotational casting applications (making hollow parts). Applications include making very tough prototype parts and limited run production castings as well as rotationally cast parts such as mannequins.
Task™ 16 アジア太平洋地域
TASK™16 is a low odor, fast-setting Shore 80A/30D urethane that offers very high tear strength, impact resistance and wear resistance. TASK™ 16 is phthalate free, mercury free and MOCA free. Mixed one part A to two parts B by weight, TASK™ 16 pours easily. Working time is 6 minutes and handling time is 90 minutes at room temperature. Cured rubber has exceptional performance characteristics and dimensional stability. TASK™ 16 can be colored with SO-Strong™ or Ignite™ colorants. TASK™ 16 is suitable for making fast mechanical parts, gaskets, wheels and pullies, impact resistant props, and archival master models. It is also used to make fast, wear resistant rubber molds for casting concrete or concrete stamping pads. TASK™ 16 is also an excellent choice for rotocasting to create hollow semi-rigid castings. IMPORTANT: Cured TASK™ 16 will inhibit the cure of liquid platinum silicone. You can not pour platinum silicone into cured TASK™ 16. Tin silicone must be used if you intend to pour silicone against cured TASK™ 16.

When Parts A and B are mixed in proper proportion, TASK™ 18 cures overnight at room temperature with negligible shrinkage to a very hard plastic that has a very high compressive and flexural strength. Cured TASK™ 18 can be polished, machined, drilled, painted, etc. TASK™ 18 is also used to make industrial production parts, prototype parts and tracing patterns.
Task™ 2 アジア太平洋地域
TASK® 2 & TASK® 3 low viscosity, high performance casting resins offer superior physical and performance properties compared to our popular Smooth-Cast® Series of general purpose casting resins. Vacuum degassing is not necessary and they offer the convenience of a 1A:1B by volume (115A:100B by weight) mix ratio. The difference between TASK® 2 & TASK® 3 is the pot life and demold time. TASK® 2 & TASK® 3 are white. They have high tensile and flexural strength, as well as high flexural modulus. These plastics were formulated for a variety of industrial applications including pattern making and making prototype models. These resins are designed for casting in thicknesses up to 1/2" (1.27 cm). TASK® Plastics are moderately priced and are available in trial kits, one-gallon, five-gallon, 55-gallon drum and totes.
Task™ 21 アジア太平洋地域

Pot life is 6 minutes and handling strength is reached in 60 minutes at room temperature (depending on mass and configuration). TASK™ 21 features a low mixed viscosity of 500 cps and readily de-airs itself when cast into molds. SO-Strong™ or IGNITE™ colorants can be added for color and a variety of powder fillers can be added to alter performance or appearance characteristics. Applications for TASK™ 21 include rapid prototyping, casting strong and highly detailed models, making holding / assembly fixtures, figurines and decorative castings. IMPORTANT - TASK™ 21 can not be cast into platinum-cure silicone molds. We recommend casting TASK™ 21 into tin-cure silicone or urethane rubber molds (using a release agent).
