Tenacis™ EP01 | América do Norte |
One-component Epoxy composition in which carbon fibers are dispersed
T&K TOKA's "Tenacis" ™ is an epoxy composite containing milled carbon fiber (MCF) dispersed in high concentration. Our unique dispersion technology prevents separation of the epoxy resin and carbon fibers during heating, resulting in high mechanical strength after heating and curing.
Because "Tenacis'' ™ is in liquid form, it can be used for applications such as molding complex shapes, which were previously difficult. In addition, the cured product has the same strength or more than pure aluminum and is less than half the weight.
Characteristics of carbon fiber dispersed epoxy resin
Tenacis™ EP01 is made by dispersing milled carbon fibers in epoxy resin. When elevated temparature curing, it develops high strength and modulus.
T&K TOKA's unique dispersion technology allows it to maintain fluidity, making it suitable for molding.
In addition, by combining it with your favorite epoxy resin curing agent, you can give it the desired physical properties and customize it as you like.
