ALATHON L 3810X03 is an experimental medium density polyethylene copolymer with a broad and bimodal molecular weight distribution. Typical applications include merchandise bags, multi-wall bag film, heavy-duty shipping sacks and roll stock. L 3810X03 is also an excellent blend component for processors who wish to improve the tensile properties and processability of LLDPE film resins or improve the heat seal of HDPE films. This resin can be used to produce mono- and multi-layer films requiring toughness as well as an improved feel and appearance. L 3810X03 also provides processors without grooved feed extruders an opportunity to experience the advantages of higher molecular weight resins.
Alathon® XL3805 América do Norte
ALATHON XL 3805 is an experimental, high molecular weight, medium density polyethylene copolymer with a broad and bimodal mo lecular weight distribution. Films produced from this resin exhibit excellent MD and TD tear with a soft feel and improved optics in a HMW resin. Applications include typical thinner gauge (<1.0 mil.) merchandise bags, grocery sacks, can liners, and produce bags as well as thicker gauge (>1.0 mil.) heavy duty shipping sacks, construction film and agriculture film. This resin can be used to produce mono- and multi-layer films requiring toughness as well as improved feel and appearance.
ALCUDIA® LDPE TR-135 América do Norte
ALCUDIA® TR-135 natural compound is an hexene copolymer of high molecular weight especially apt for the extrusion of pipe. Because other good mechanical properties and their characteristics, the polyethylene natural compound ALCUDIA® TR-135, is designed to produce pipe. It has the antioxidant package enough for the extrusion process. This product is supplied in natural colour but they can be easily coloured with pigments steady at processing temperature, using dry-colouring or masterbatch techniques. ALCUDIA® TR-135 is a medium density polyethylene grade, high molecular weight hexene copolymer, especially intended for film extrusion. This material offers easy processability into films with excellent mechanical properties, good sealing characteristics and high stress crack resistance. It contains antioxidant additives. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS - Carrier bags. - Refuse sacks. - Waterproof sheets. Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 220°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.

BRALEN+ FC 08-13 is a film grade of low density polyethylene with increased density (MD LDPE). High rigidity, good optical properties and chemical resistance are typical for this grade. It is additives free. BRALEN+ FC 08-13 is intended for production of bags & pouches, blown films, shrink films and surface protection films. The grade can be used for blow moulding products as well. Recommended film thickness is 0.025 to 0.080 mm.

Other suggested blown film applications include shopping bags, small shoppers, lamination films, wrapping films, multi-wall bag liners, and tablecloths. Minimum recommended film gauge is 12 microns (0.5 mil), and processing temperature 195° to 300°C. MMF-1237 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.2(a) and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food.
