Product Availability Product Description
Nylene® NX4797 North America
- Nylene NX4797 is a nylon 6 polymer designed for use in extrusion of cast and blown film. - Like most PA6, it has excellent grease resistance, toughness, and resistance to abrasion. - Films made from Nylene NX4797 have barrier properties against oxygen and aroma typical of nylon 6. - Nylene NX4797 meets the requirements of 21 CFR 177.1500 for food contact. - Nylene NX4797 has good melt strength for film stability.
Nylene® NX5703 North America
- Applications include flexible tubing, cable jacketing, as well as mono-filament extrusions - Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of approximately 450°F at the die. - Plasticized, high residual monomer resin designed for extrusion applications
Nylene® PAC6-135 North America
- Nylon 6,6/6 copolymer. Nylene PAC6-135 is suitable for use in extrusion, and film applications - Has the heat and chemical resistance of nylon, with the lower crystallinity typical of type 6,6/6 grades - Suitable for high clarity film - FDA 21 CFR 177.1500
Nylene® PAC690-130HSL North America
- Nylene PAC690-130HSL is a high viscosity, heat stabilized, extrusion grade, nylon 6/66 copolymer with a special lubrication package to enhance antiblock properties. - Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of approximately 500°F at the die.
Nylene® PAC690-95 North America
- Nylene® PAC690-95 is a Nylon 6/66 copolymer suitable for both blown and cast film co-extrusion. - This product can be processed effectively with extruder barrel and die temperatures set to give melt temperatures in the range of 440 - 500 °F (227 - 260 °C). - FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 for nylon 6/66 - Because Nylene PAC690-95 is polymerized using a continuous process, it has good lot-to-lot consistency.
Nylene® PAC900-120U North America
- Nylene PAC900-120U is a high viscosity copolymer of nylon 6 and 6,9. - PAC900-120U has many of the properties desirable in nylon 6 coupled with the advantages of a copolymer, which include lower processing temperatures.
Nylene® PAC900-140U North America
- Nylene PAC9-140U is a high viscosity copolymer of nylon 6 and 6,9. - PAC9-140U has many of the properties desirable in nylon 6 coupled with the advantages of a copolymer, which include lower processing temperatures. - Effective processing is achieved with extruder and die temperatures in the range of 450 - 525 °F (232°C - 274°C) but may be processed as low as 420 °F (216 °C). - Nylene PAC900-140U advantages include high elongation, good clarity and flexibility, and lower processing temperatures.
Nylene® PAC990-130HSL North America
- Nylene PAC990-130HSL is a high viscosity, heat stabilized, extrusion grade, nylon 6/69 copolymer with a special lubrication package to enhance antiblock properties. - Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of approximately 500°F at the die.
Nylene® PAC990-140U North America
- Nylene PAC9-140U is a high viscosity copolymer of nylon 6 and 6,9. - PAC9-140U has many of the properties desirable in nylon 6 coupled with the advantages of a copolymer, which include lower processing temperatures.
Nylene® PAC990-55 North America
- Lower melt point compared to nylon 6 = lower processing temperatures - Improved ductility - Better impact - Lower crystallinity material can produce near clear parts at less than 1.5 mm thickness
Nylene® PX1719 North America
Nylene PX1719 is a heat-stabilized, modified nylon 6 molding and extrusion resin with high impact resistance and low flexural modulus.
Nylene® PX3422 North America
Nylene PX3422 is very tough heat-stabilized, modified nylon 6 molding resin with very high impact resistance.
