BYNEL™ 40E1053 Africa & Middle East
BYNEL™ 4000 series resins are anhydride-modified, high-density polyethylene resins. BYNEL™ 4000 series resins are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. BYNEL™ 40E1053 is a grade with a higher level of anhydride modification, and is mainly intended for use as a component in a blend with other polyolefin resins. It is not intended for extrusion in its pure form in typical extrusions or coextrusions. Composition - Ultra High% By Weight Maleic Anhydride - Graft levels are defined as: - Low < 0.2%; Medium 0.2-0.5%; High 0.5-1.0%; Ultra high > 1.0% Characteristics / Benefits - Physical properties of BYNEL™ 4000 grades are typical of high density polyethylene resins with similar density and melt index values. Applications - BYNEL™ Series 4000 resins are excellent moisture barriers and have a good hydrocarbon resistance. This unique combination of properties makes them useful in a variety of coextrusion applications. HDPE/EVOH tubing and HDPE/Polyamide bottles for agricultural chemicals are just two examples. - BYNEL™ 4000 series resins are most often used in coextrusion with EVA, EVOH, polyamide and PE.

CABELEC® CA6114 Africa & Middle East
CABELEC CA6114 electrically conductive compound is made from conductive carbon black dispersed in a modified high-density polyethylene resin. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not impacted by normal atmospheric conditions. Applications CABELEC CA6114 conductive compound is used for injection molding applications. It is suitable for product handling applications where it is desirable to mitigate the hazard of electrostatic discharge, such as in automotive fuel systems or the handling and packaging of explosive powders and liquids, pigments or electronic components.
CABELEC® CA6115 Africa & Middle East
CABELEC CA6115 conductive compound is made from conductive carbon black and glass fibre dispersed in a modified high density polyethylene resin. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not impacted by normal atmospheric conditions. Applications CABELEC CA6115 conductive compound is used for injection molding applications. It is suitable for product handling applications where it is desirable to mitigate the hazard of electrostatic discharge, such as the handling and packaging of explosive powders and liquids, pigments or electronic components.
CABELEC® CA6497 Africa & Middle East
CABELEC CA6497 conductive compound is an electrically conductive compound made from a carefully selected carbon black finely dispersed in high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not dependent on atmospheric conditions. It has been developed for injection molding applications. This product is suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact with food. For more details regarding the food contact compliance in various European countries and FDA legislation, please refer to the relevant Food Contact Statement that you can obtain through your usual Cabot representative.
CABELEC® CA6739 Africa & Middle East
CABELEC CA6739 conductive compound electrically is made from conductive carbon black dispersed in a modified HDPE resin. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not impacted by normal atmospheric conditions. Applications CABELEC CA6739 conductive compound is used in transport, packaging, and product handling applications such as the handling and packaging of explosive powders, pigments, and dangerous liquids, where it is desirable to mitigate the hazard of electrostatic discharge. Typical applications are jerrycans, drums and other containers used in transportation of hazardous materials.
