HI-7053 features a NARROW molecular weight distribution offering excellent processability, good impact strength, good dimensional stability and good warpage resistance. HI-7053 applications include yogurt cups, and frozen food containers. HI-7053 recommended processing temperature is 210 to 230°C.with mold @ 20 to 40°C. HI-7053 complies with FDR regulation 21CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1a and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food articles.
CERTENE™ HI-752 Latin America
HI-752 is a certified prime copolymer designed for INJECTION MOLDING applications requiring good balance of mechanical properties. HI-752 features easy processability, good stiffness, good impact strength, high warpage resistance and excellent dimensional stability. HI-752 is especially suitable for pails, waste bins, bottle and fish crates, tote bins, fruit and vegetable trays, and handling materials where resistance to low temperature impact and toughness is required. HPB-0354Z contains zinc stearate and offers good processability on conventional continuous or intermittent extrusion equipment, good ESCR, Impact strength and Stiffness. Applications include injection blow molded parts and small to medium bottles. Recommended melt temperature for HPB-0354Z is 180 to 190°C (356 - 375°F), with the mold at 15 to 25°C (60 - 80°F). CERTENE™ HPB-0360 Latin America
HPB-0360 is a certified prime grade homopolymer resin with a medium molecular weight distribution, high density that is outstanding due to high stiffness, Excellent melt uniformity and chemical inertness. The material is designed to be used in blown molding, blown film and thermoforming applications. HWF-0150 is a certified prime grade Hexene copolymer HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT developed for blown films. HWF-0150 can be used alone or in BLENDS with HMW-HDPE and/or LLDPE Blown film grades. HWF-0150 features UNIMODAL molecular weight distribution for improved processability at lower extruder pressure and good film stiffness. HWF-0150 can be used in a broad range of applications blended from 10% to 50% with either HMW-HDPE and/or LLDPE. HWF-0150 can be processed on HMW, high stalk film equipment with a die gap >0.75 to 1.25< mm.. HMF-0150 applications include industrial and trash can liners, as well as T-shirt bags. HWF-1157A is a certified prime High Molecular Weight, Butene copolymer with a broad Molecular Weight Distribution. It is developed for blown films requiring low gel levels, excellent stiffness, good impact resistance and excellent bubble stability. HWF-1157A applications include inliners, grocery and retail bags, lamination films, labels, artificial paper, and heavy duty bags. Suggested melt temperature 200 to 225°C.
