CHARACTERISTICS: The resin ETINOX 610 is a resin of low molecular weight, which offers good fusion behaviour at low termpartures. Due to its high bulk density, ETINOX 610 has a high level of machine productivity. The resin ETINOX 610 has good thermal stability and initial color, creating finished products with high transparency. RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: - Blow molded injected and extruded bottles - Calendering of transparent rigid films and sheets - Injected molding of rigid products (fittings, electric boxes) - Foamed or compact profile extrusion - Monofilament

The resin ETINOX 630 is a vinyl chloride homopolymer obtained by suspension polymerization. CHARACTERISTICS: The resin ETINOX 630 is a resin of medium molecular weight that has been selected to obtain good mechanical properties maintaining an excellent fluidity when mixed. Given the morphology of the particle size, ETINOX 630 presents good absorption of any type of plasticizer and gives final products high transparency and a lack of fish-eyes. The resin also has good thermal stability and initial color. Due to its high bulk density, ETINOX 631 has a very high level of productivity. RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: ETINOX 631 has been especially designed and is recommended for the manufacture of rigid pipes and in particular for water pressure pipes.

CHARACTERISTICS: The resin ETINOX 631-P is a resin of high molecular weight that due to its morphological properties and its distribution of molecular weight, has an excellent thermal stability, a rapid and homogeneous gelification and good fluidity when fused. Due to its high bulk density, ETINOX 631 has a high level of productivity when processed. RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: ETINOX 631-P has been especially designed for the manufacture of rigid profiles and, given the good color of the base resin, permits obtaining profiles with a high level of whiteness, as is in the case of window profiles.

The resin ETINOX 650 is a vinyl chloride homopolymer obtained by suspension polymerization. CHARACTERISTICS: The resin ETINOX 650 is a resin of high molecular weight with good porosity, which gives an excellent absorption of any type of plasticizer, a rapid gelification, and the formation of a dry mix with good fluidity. The resin ETINOX 650 gives final products a good initial color, thanks to its thermal stability, transparency and the lack of fish-eyes. RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: ETINOX 650 has been designed for the manufacture of plasticized products by calendering, extrusion or injection (profiles, films, sheets, pond membranes, etc.) Due to its dielectric properties, the resin ETINOX 650 is especially recommended for manufacture of coating and insulation of electric cables.
