It provides improved performance regarding isotropic behavior, low internal stress, high temperature resistance, and improved elongation. It is brown in color. DURAPEEK LS30GF2 is a proprietary low stress formulation of 30% Glass Filled PEEK. It is designed for use in HPHT Oil & Gas applications. It is specially formulated to reduce the spring effect present when using conventional glass filled PEEK grades in back up rings. It is tan in color. This grade is available in AMR, EUR, and APAC.

DURAPEEK PEEKLGF50 is a 50% long glass fiber filled PEEK compound. This product is made via pultrusion method, which retains properties better than long chopped fiber. It is an equivalent to RTP and LNP pultrusion compounds. It is available in natural color.

DURAPEEK XL1000 is a high viscosity, unreinforced, unlubricated polyether ether ketone for injection molding and extrusion and can be cross-linked after processing by heat treatment. The semi-crystalline polymer features superior property retention at elevated temperatures vs standard PEEK, while keeping the same chemical resistance. This grade offers very high resistance to creep. It is a reactive system and should be processed at low melt temperatures and short cycle times.
