Ketron® TX Polyetheretherketone PEEK is an internally lubricated, EU 10/2011 and FDA Compliant grade that offers improved wear and frictional performance over virgin PEEK. Often favored for food and beverage processing, and pharmaceutical applications where extreme performance temperatures, critical tolerances, or low frictional heat are required, Ketron® TX PEEK components extend wear and part life by lowering the coefficient of friction over standard PEEK.

Ketron VMX Food Grade (FG) PEEK is a EU 10/2011 and compositional FDA 21 CFR § 177.2415 compliant material that offers extreme dimensional stability, high strength and temperature resistance. Ketron VMX PEEK FG shapes can be easily traced by different detection systems installed to detect contamination of the foodstuffs, allowing global food processors to safely avoid costly recalls caused by foreign contamination. Due to their superior resistance to wear and corrosion, Ketron VMX PEEK FG components are favored for applications in the food processing and packaging industry such as pistons, manifolds, valves, and mixing vessels.
