Alathon L4550 is a medium molecular weight high density copolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution. L4550 inherently has very low gels and is used for monofilament, slit tape and high speed orientation processes. Typical applications include specialty films, packaging of agriculture products, protective netting for the agriculture and building industry, and netting for food applications.

Alathon L4904 is a bimodal, high molecular weight, high density polyethylene resin with excellent processing characteristics. L4904 is selected by customers for pressure pipe applications including gas distribution, industrial piping, mining, oil & gas gathering, municipal water service lines and sewers. Customers typically use L4904 in applications requiring high resistance to pipe failure by rapid crack propagation and slow crack growth mechanisms. Alathon L4930TC is a bimodal high density polyethylene copolymer natural resin used by customers for telecommunications conduits. L4930TC offers an excellent balance of stiffness, toughness and ease of processing. Conduits made with this resin are used with fiber optic cable, electrical cable and telecommunications cable. L4930TC meets the material requirements for polyethylene conduit as per ASTM F2160 and also meets the requirements of ASTM D3350 cell classification 435540A.

Alathon L5005V is a high molecular weight high density copolymer that provides broad bimodal molecular weight distribution, high stiffness and good heat seal response and strength. L5005V is selected by customers for use in merchandise bags, grocery sacks, trash can liners, produce bags and roll stock. Materials of animal origin are not used as plasticizers, additives or raw materials in L5005V.

Alathon L5040 is able to incorporate high levels of post-consumer recycle and retain excellent bottle physical properties. This resin provides high ESCR and processing stability. Typical applications include stress crack resistant bottles and extruded pipe and conduit.

Alathon L5332CP is bimodal molecular weight distribution, fractional melt index HDPE resin that exhibits an exceptional balance of environmental stress crack resistance and stiffness. Typical applications include blow molded containers for packaging household and agricultural chemicals, particularly those that are strong stress crack-inducing reagents. Alathon L5332CP is a high density polyethylene resin typically used by customers for corrugated pipe, conduit and profile extrusion applications. This product meets the stress crack resistance requirement of AASHTO M294. It exhibits excellent processing stability and high crush resistance. L5332CP conforms to ASTM D 3350 cell classification 435500A. Alathon L5332CP exhibits an excellent balance of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance. Typical end uses include thick sheet for architectural applications and for assembly into industrial parts.

Alathon L5440 exhibits excellent color, low odor and excellent processing stability. Typical applications include personal care, general purpose household chemicals, industrial chemicals, detergent, and motor oil bottles.

ALATHON L5440 is designed for high shear machines. It exhibits excellent color, low odor and excellent processing stability. Typical applications include general purpose, household chemicals, industrial chemicals, detergent, and motor oil bottles. L5440 containing antistat is available as L5440AS.

Alathon L5645 is a medium molecular weight, high density polyethylene homopolymer for use in blown film applications. Typical applications include general-purpose HDPE film applications such as overwrap, laminating base films, food packaging and oriented tapes.

ALATHON L 5800-I, designed for high performance applications, exhibits excellent color, low odor, and good processing stability . A typical application for this resin is open-head pails.

Alathon L5840 is a lightweighting resin that exhibits excellent color, low odor and provides processing stability. Typical applications include personal care, household chemicals, industrial chemicals, detergent and motor oil bottles.

ALATHON L 5840AS is a lightweighting resin that exhibits excellent color, low odor and provides processing stability. Typical applications include household chemicals, industrial chemicals, detergent, and motor oil bottles. L 5840AS contains antistat.

Alathon L5876 is selected by customers for use in injection blow molding and extrusion blow molding applications where higher gloss than standard HDPE grades is required.

Alathon M4661 exhibits excellent impact, warp and environmental stress crack resistance. Typical applications are closures, institutional seating and consumer durables. Through precise control of the molecular weight distribution M4661 shows enhanced processability for a product with this melt index.

Alathon M4855 is a high density copolymer for use in injection molding applications. It exhibits excellent impact, warp and environmental stress crack resistance. Typical applications for M4855 are consumer durables and 35, 65, and 95-gallon refuse carts.

Alathon M5010 is a medium molecular weight high density polyethylene copolymer for use in blown film applications.

Alathon M5370P is a copolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution. This resin provides high impact strength, excellent color, low odor and good processing stability. Typical applications include open head pails, large shipping containers and all-terrain vehicle components.

Alathon M5370RF is a natural, high density polyethylene copolymer resin selected by customers for high-frequency coaxial cable primary insulation. Alathon M5370RF achieves low dissipation factors at high frequencies, and provides high impact strength, stress crack resistance, excellent color, and good processability. For optimal performance in foamed insulation, Alathon M5370RF should be blended with Petrothene NA217080 and a nucleating package. Alathon M5370RF meets the requirements of the following: ASTM D 1248, Type III, Class A, Category 3,Grade E11.

Alathon M5372 is a copolymer with narrow molecular weight distribution. This resin provides high impact strength and stress crack resistance, excellent color, low odor and good processing stability. Typical applications include open head pails and large shipping containers.

Alathon M6028 is a homopolymer that is warp resistant, exhibits excellent toughness, stiffness and color as well as low odor and good processing stability. Typical applications include safety equipment (hard hats), hardware items and heavy wall moldings.

Alathon M6061 is a narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymer that exhibits excellent stiffness and impact resistance. Typical applications include cases, totes, crates and open-head pails.

ALATHON M 6062 is a narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymer that exhibits excellent stiffness and impact resistance. Typical applications include cases, totes, crates and open-head pails.

Alathon M6080 is a narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymer that exhibits enhanced flow characteristics and good balance of stiffness and impact resistance. Typical applications include cases, tote bins, crates and trays and open-head pails.

Alathon M6080UV is a narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymer that exhibits enhanced flow characteristics and good balance of stiffness and impact resistance. Typical applications include cases, tote bins, crates and trays. M6080UV contains a UV stabilizer for outdoor applications.

Alathon M6080WC is a natural high density polyethylene homopolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution selected by customers for use as primary insulation for coaxial cable applications including gas-injected or chemically expanded insulation. This resin provides enhanced processability and stiffness and exhibits excellent color, low odor and good processing stability. Alathon M6080WC meets the requirements of the following: ASTM D 1248, Type III, Class A, Category 3, Grade E11; Federal LP390C, Type II, Class H, Category 3, Grade 4.

Alathon M6138 is high density polyethylene resin for use in injection molding applications. This resin exhibits good impact resistance and high stiffness. Typical applications include agricultural bins, crates, open head pails, trays and consumer durable goods.

Alathon M6580 is a narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymer that enhances processing and stiffness, exhibits excellent color, low odor and good processing stability. Typical applications include cases, crates, trays, tote bins and open-head pails.

ALATHON M 6580WC is a natural, high density, polyethylene homopolymer resin with a narrow molecular weight distribution formulated for use as primary insulation for coaxial and control cable applications including gas-injected or chemically expanded insulation. M 6580WC provides enhanced processability and stiffness, exhibits excellent color, low odor and good processing stability.

ALCUDIA® 45060UV is a high-density polyethylene copolymer of hexene, with high molecular weight. It is especially designed to make, by blow molding, containers of medium and high capacity for oils and dangerous goods. This grade contains stabilisers according to the end-use of the item in order to reinforce the thermal and light stability. It has an excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) and impact resistance, so it's recommended to IBC tanks. It is useful for hazardous goods packaging according SKZ test certificate 45833/01 TYPICAL APPLICATIONS - IBC tanks - High capacity containers - Automotive fuel tanks Recommended melt temperature range from 180 to 210°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.

ALCUDIA® 4810 is a copolymer of hexene with medium molecular weight. It is specially designed to make, by blow molding, bottles of sterilized milk. This grade contains a package of additives that includes the antioxidant necessary to reinforce the thermal stability. Excellent behavior in extrusion and sterilization process. Its characteristics confers it high impact strength. On the other hand its good viscoelastic behavior allows an easy recovering of the mould-shape after the sterilization process and storage. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS - Bottles of sterilized milk. - Injection of stoppers and other articles. Recommended melt temperature range from 170 to 190°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.

ALCUDIA® 49070UV is a high-density polyethylene copolymer of hexene, with high molecular weight. It is especially designed to make, by blow molding, containers of medium and high capacity (up to 5000 litres), for petroleum derivatives. This grade contains stabilizers according to the end-use of the item in order to reinforce the thermal and light stability. It has an excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and impact resistance. This grade is suitable to produce containers according to the Spanish UNE-53432 parts 1, 2 and 3 and the EN 13341 in Europe, or NFM-88-560 in France. It is also included in the German DIBT list of materials to contain petroleum derivatives. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS - IBC tanks - High capacity containers. Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 215°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.

ALCUDIA® 51100 is a high density polyethylene with a broad bimodal molecular weight distribution designed for the extrusion of pipes. It also can be used as base polymer for identification stripes compound. This product is supplied in natural colour but they can be easily coloured with pigments steady at processing temperature, using dry-colouring or masterbatch techniques. This grade is characterized by its very good mechanical properties, excellent cracking resistance and good resistance to internal pressure.

ALCUDIA® 5203 is a high-density polyethylene copolymer of hexene, with middle molecular weight. It is specially designed to make, by extrusion-blow molding, up to 10 liters containers for liquid detergents and chemicals. This grade contains stabilizers according to the end use of the item in order to reinforce the thermal stability. Good mechanical properties and good level of both stiffness and environmental stress cracking resistance can be obtained with ALCUDIA® 5203 due to its molecular weight and density. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Packaging of liquid detergents and chemicals. Recommended melt temperature range from 180 to 200°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
