LUTENE® XL2700BK TR is recommended for use in conjunction with XL8080NTS (Cross-linked polyethylene compound) and XL8080TR (Tree-retardant cross-linked polyethylene compound).

The highly crosslinked materials produced by this two-component system possess excellent impact strength, ESCR, creep and internal pressure resistance under ambient and elevated temperature conditions.
These materials have been formulated for hot and cold water pressure pipes and are easily extrudable on conventional polyethylene extrusion lines.

PolyFR® 201 is a highly loaded non-halogen flame retardant concentrate pellet designed for ease of use in polyethylene resin compounding and molding processes where FR levels can be metered in to meet various flame retardant standards for the product. The concentrate incorporates our high performance JJAZZ® intumescent flame retardant system. PolyFR®201 utilizes a prime 20 melt LLDPE as its binder resin for ease of processing andincorporating into a variety of polyethylene resins in final compounding and molding applications. It is recommended at loading levels from 35-50% depending on the resin systems, material thickness, equipment, formulation additives and final flame retardancy requirements. It is recyclable.
