70-3812 NC is a two component, aluminum filled epoxy system. This system is used for making heat resistant tools, parts, or bonds that require the highest thermal conductivity and heat resistance. We have developed this extremely conductive epoxy by formulating it with a unique combination of fillers, particle sizes and dispersion techniques.
70-3812 NC has good heat dissipation making this a popular choice for a variety of heat sink applications. Common heat sink bonding applications include fin to base, folded-fin set to base, pin-fin set to base, and cold plate tube to extruded base. The 70-3812RNC is formulated with high performance materials and additives that give heat sink manufacturers improved adhesion and processing advantages.

70-3814 is a two component fast curing aluminum filled thermally conductive epoxy adhesive. This product was specifically formulated for use in the convenient TriggerBond dual barrel cartridge system.
70-3814 has a simple 1:1 mix ratio and develops a Lap Shear Strength of over 1,000 psi in four hours at room temperature. After just twenty four hours the strength is 2,900 psi.
70-3814 offers fast heat dissipation for a wide range of assembly applications. The quick heat dissipation makes this a popular choice for many heat sink bonding applications.

Epsilon™ PRO is a thixotropic epoxy coating that self-thickens for brushing onto a variety of surfaces. Compared to original Epsilon™, Epsilon™ PRO offers a longer working time and cured epoxy is semi-rigid, offering better impact resistance. Mix ratio for Epsilon™ PRO is 2A:1B by volume (100A:44B by weight). A gram scale is not needed to use this product.
Applied in thin layers, mixed material holds a vertical surface without sagging or slumping. Material wets out uniformly over different surfaces. Pot life is 22 minutes, with a re-coat time of 3 hours. All layers should be allowed to cure for 16 hours at 73° F / 23° C and can be accelerated with mild heat. Epsilon™ PRO is clear and can be easily colored using SO-Strong™, Ignite™ or UVO™ colorants. Cured coating has a gloss finish and can be sanded, primed and painted.
Applications: Epsilon™ PRO is suitable for use as a protective, impact resistant coating for EPS or polyurethane foam. It can also be applied to plaster, concrete, wood and fabrics. This product is not sensitive to moisture / humidity and contains no VOC's.

The homopolymer Hydrin H (CO) shows superior permeation resistance to gases and air, while the copolymer (ECO) and terpolymer (GECO) products are inherently static-dissipative. GECO is an excellent candidate for charge and developer rolls in laser printers. A low-Mooney terpolymer for rolls with enhanced conductivity s now available. Terpolymers can be sulfur- or peroxide-cured.
